This is an amazing 5 bedroom, 3 living room house! I had all the furniture custom made using mostly micro fiber for easy cleaning and oversized comfort. The beds are all different and each room has a unique style.

The property has a yard to die for! Horse stalls and tack room 6 water falls and heated lagoon pool with second level Jacuzzi with waterfall.

The entry way is over a bridge with enormous koi fish.

Completely gated with an earth friendly yard. Ice plants and fruit trees threw out the property and a two story waterfall at the front of the property.

The kitchen is the focus of the house. It is restaurant quality with 2 sub zero refrigerators, multiple ovens, and warming drawers. It also has industrial ice maker and cold drawers. Insta hot water in 3 places, a builtin fryer, and steamer. Truly amazing. It is one of a kind.

Just when you thought there couldn't be any more.... there is the wine cellar that can hold 2000
bottles of wine and doubles as an entertainment area. Then there's the fire pit, and a 400 sq ft barbeque area with stone seating built in, ice maker and refrigerator, industrial barbeque, insta hot and full sink. The covered area is also equipped with water misters for those hot summer days!
