City spire recommended the purchase of this property in the heart on NYC. It's 2 blocks from the park and short walk to times square, and subway friendly!!!

I then gutted the place and spent a year opening up the kitchen to capture the view from all over the condo. I put all the lighting in the walls and ceiling so as not to take up any precious floor space.

I had all the furniture custom built in Los Angeles and shipped out! The bar stools are particularly sturdy and comfortable!

The master has a one of a kind bed made of 9 squares of wood. It began my furniture designing! I also did the art work in the 2nd master.

The porcelain floored entry way has a water fountain I designed to take the city business away the moment you enter.

None of my projects would be complete without my toto bidet heated toilet seats!

This is nothing but relaxing and comfortable!
